Principle 1
WebRunners explicitly asks when it needs information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). WebRunners asks for general contact information and, where appropriate, credit card information.

Q: - How does WebRunners use the Personal Information (e-mail address and postal address) you provide on the registration pages of each service?
A: - We use your e-mail address to respond to incoming service requests from you. Because we service a large number of customers, e-mail is the primary way we interact with our members. We ask for your postal address because some of our services, that a customer may choose, require a mailing address so that we can completely perform the service. For example, we need your postal address for advertising services so that we can mail you checks for the money you earn from affiliate programs.

Q: - Does WebRunners have any links between the user's e-mail address and their IP address record?
A: - No. Currently we do not utilize any such link, as we believe in protecting our users privacy and confidentiality.
